We are hiring!

Restorative Services Coordinator: The CJC is growing! The Restorative Services Coordinator is part of a team responsible for coordinating and delivering restorative justice services across a range of referrals, from pre-charge diversion through post-conviction reparative processes. This includes civil referrals such as downtown ordinance violations and youth cannabis/alcohol possession cases.

Working with both responsible and impacted parties, this role centers accountability, meaningful support, equity, and community impact. The Coordinator prepares participants for dialogue processes, facilitates restorative conferences, develops and monitors agreements, and ensures all participants are treated with dignity and respect.

This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a trauma-informed approach, and the ability to hold both accountability and compassion. The Coordinator collaborates with community partners, justice system stakeholders, and internal staff to promote equitable access to restorative processes and strengthen community-based responses to harm.

This position primarily focusses on youth (ages 10 to 22) but will require working with adults as well. Beginning on July 1, 2026 this position requires flexibility to work at satellite office locations throughout the county.
